General terms & conditions

CREDIT CARDS:  We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only) charges will be based upon your total order.  We ship via USPS in the Continental United States.  We reserve the right to ship multiple orders, when necessary.                                                                                         

SHIPPING TO CANADA:  Orders to Canada will be billed at that actual cost charged by the United States Post Office (plus a $10.00 service fee).  We cannot estimate the exact charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size..  Please call 215-788-2014 to determine your shipping fees.  We will charge your account at the time of your order with the USPS fee and when your order is shipped we will charge your account again, with the difference due.

DAMAGED GOODS: If the ordered item(s) arrive damaged by the shipper, refuse the shipment (this will send your package back to Trainpops Attic).  You may also save the item, the box and all the original packaging  material and call us so we may contact the shipper.  Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box and all packing material until it is picked up by the shipper. There is a 10 day limit from shipping date.

CANCELLED ORDERS: We take pride in our prompt shipping and most orders are shipped within 24 hours.  Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.  If you want to cancel an order, it is imperative that you call or e-mail us immediatelly.  Once we ship your order you may return it under the conditions stated below.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

RETURNS: We will accept returns of unused product for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt.  We will accept returns for exchange of unused product within 14 days of receipt. Notification must be received in advance of your return by calling 215-788-2014 or e-mail trainpopsattic@gmail.com.  We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return.  All items MUST be returned in the same condition as received, this means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes, with valid receipt.  There are NO RETURNS of light bulbs, books, videos or computer software.

All refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase or refunded through PayPal, if used to purchase the item.  We do not refund shipping costs. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping.  

PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS:  6% sales tax will be added to all orders.
